These terms govern every booking made with Perico Ripiao Tours. By confirming a reservation you accept them.
Booking and payment
A 40% deposit is required to confirm any reservation. The remaining balance may be paid in cash on the day of the service. We accept PayPal, WeTravel and card. Without a deposit, the reservation is not processed.
Some excursions and parks may apply additional charges and taxes of between 15% and 22% on card payments, depending on the operator.
Customer information
Every booking must include:
- Full name
- Hotel and room number
- Contact phone
- Number of participants and their ages
Punctuality
Tours run to fixed schedules. If the customer is not present at the agreed time, the service is forfeited with no refund and no free rescheduling.
Changes
Changes must be requested at least 48 hours in advance. With less than 48 hours notice, an additional charge may apply.
Communication
Every booking, change or cancellation must be recorded in writing via WhatsApp or email. Verbal confirmations are not operationally valid.
Minors
Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult. Some activities have age restrictions for safety reasons.
Photography
We may capture photos and video for promotional purposes. If you prefer not to appear, tell your guide at the start of the tour.
Languages
We operate in Spanish, English, Portuguese, Italian and French. Please state your preferred language when booking.
Cancellations
Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Cancellation Policy.
